The role requires 5+ years in construction PM, strong leadership, and familiarity with MS Project or Procore. PMP certification is preferred, offering a competitive salary and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale commercial or residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership, organization, and time-management skills.
• Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Procore).
• PMP or similar project management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning: develop and manage detailed project plans with timelines and milestones.
• Budget Management: oversee project budgets and track costs.
• Team Leadership: lead subcontractors, vendors, and internal personnel.
• Stakeholder Communication: update clients, architects, engineers, regulators.
• Quality Control: ensure work meets industry standards and safety protocols.
• Risk Management: identify risks and mitigate delays or overruns.
• Permitting and Compliance: oversee permitting and regulatory approvals.
• Schedule Management: monitor timelines and adjust plans as needed.
• Reporting: provide regular budget progress and final reviews.
