Job summary

Charlie Mike Recruiting is partnering with a leading construction company to hire a Construction Project Manager in the Baltimore area. You will oversee projects from planning to completion, manage timelines, budgets, and resources, and coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of construction PM experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Project and Procore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
• Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Procore).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Oversee project budgets and track financials to ensure cost-effective delivery.
• Lead construction teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal personnel.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and regulators, providing progress updates.
• Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are met across projects.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays.
