Job summary

F.H. Paschen seeks a Project Manager to lead Building, Infrastructure, and Healthcare projects. You’ll manage the project team, contracts, and client communications across private and public owners, delivering on-time, on-budget results.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Construction Management or Engineering and at least 6 years of experience, with healthcare project exposure preferred. Willingness to travel locally or nationally is required.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Construction Management or Engineering, or 10 years of construction experience.
• Minimum of 6 years managing construction projects.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and personnel simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of construction contracts and/or work orders.
• Supervise project team and coordinate with field staff and office.
• Collaborate with other Project Managers and monitor Superintendent performance.
• Prepare and review work proposals and negotiate changes with owners and subs.
• Develop project cost reports and manage cash flow.
• Ensure safety, quality control, and adherence to MBE/WBE requirements.
• Travel locally or nationally as needed; report to multiple locations.
