Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent.
• 6+ years' experience.
• Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Project.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Preconstruction, Project Set Up & Planning.
• Develops project management plan and budget.
• Leads bid evaluations and trade partner buyouts; procurement coordination.
• Manages and ensures schedule, documentation, and QA/QC processes.
• Ensures safety, risk management, and project success.
