Job summary

Kokosing Industrial, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate industrial project activities, primarily water/wastewater and facilities.

You will oversee engineers, superintendents, and foremen, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget compliance while coordinating with clients and subcontractors. The role requires a Civil/Construction degree with 10+ years in construction, finance, and management, plus strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management; PE credentialing is not required but a strong plus.
• 10+ years’ experience/knowledge of construction, design, finance, and management.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain liaison with prime client to facilitate construction activities.
• Establish project objectives, policies and performance standards within corporate policy.
• Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure schedule and budget goals.
• Review status reports and modify schedules/plans as needed.
• Prepare project reports for management and client.
• Coordinate project activities with governmental agencies and subcontractors.
• Mentor and assist with career development of team members.
