Job summary

Design Group in Fort Worth area seeks a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead industrial projects from conception through closeout. You will collaborate with design teams, engineers, and clients to deliver high‑quality solutions on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates bring 12+ years in construction, 8+ years managing industrial structures, and proficiency with Procore, MS Project, AutoCAD or Revit. Travel and relocation support available; OSHA certs preferred.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in construction roles (PM, site superintendent)
• 8+ years as construction manager with industrial structures
• Experience with A&E design-build firm (preferred)
• Industrial experience in food, beverage, consumer products, pharma (preferred)
• Project responsibilities on $50K–$50M projects
• Ability to read P&IDs
• Experience negotiating contracts and bids
• Willingness to travel for project requirements
• Relocation assistance available for highly qualified applicants
• OSHA 10/30 certification
• PM certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects in food, beverage, and life science manufacturing in collaboration with design teams, engineers, authorities, and subcontractors
• Oversee from inception to close-out: planning, scheduling, resources, budgets, and coordination
• Generate accurate monthly project control reports
• Manage project risk related to contracts, insurance, and notices-to-proceed
• Create and review project estimates from conceptual design
• Lead bidding process: bid packages, site walks, bid evaluation, contractor mobilization
• Review subcontractor contracts for schedule and scope conformance
• Coordinate subcontractor and supplier requirements to meet schedule
• Ensure compliance with plans, specs, and standards
• Ensure safe, quality, timely, cost-effective on-site execution
• Oversee jobsite meetings and change requests
• Monitor project safety and performance
• Engage with clients to strengthen relationships
• Travel/relocation as needed to support project delivery
