Job summary

You will oversee complex programs, manage profitability, and drive project outcomes with direct accountability for safety, schedule, and budgeting. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of construction management experience, a bachelor’s in Construction Management or Engineering, and a proven track record with mid-to-large General Contractors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Safety culture leadership and incident management.
• Develop and update project schedules with Lean principles.
• Oversee preconstruction activities, buyout, and GMP development.
• Review shop drawings and coordinate material priorities.
• Drive project closeout, warranties, and financial reconciliation.
• Lead monthly cost forecasting and budget development.
• Complete monthly subcontractor and owner pay applications.
• Analyze subcontractor risks and coordinate bonding with legal.
