MATT Construction is seeking a Project Manager to orchestrate projects from buyout through close-out, reporting to Senior PM or VP. You will lead engineers, manage budget, schedule, safety and quality, and partner with the Superintendent for successful project delivery.

Responsibilities include client relationship building, risk management, procurement, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and ensuring profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Architecture, or Engineering (preferred; experience may substitute)
• At least 7 years of commercial construction experience with ≥3 in PM
• Experience overseeing contracts of $25M+
• Experience managing project teams of 1–10 members
• Familiar with fast-paced schedules
• Knowledge of A102/A201 contracts, subcontracts, change orders, submittals, RFIs and close out
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, BIM, P6 and Procore
• Ability to engage effectively at all levels (from front line to C-suite)
• Passion for building

• Ensure project safety with the superintendent
• Delegate and mentor staff
• Manage project documentation
• Target gross margin and profitability
