Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Spokane, WA is seeking a Senior Project Manager-Construction to lead on-site construction projects for federal facilities across WA, OR, MT, and ID. You will oversee new construction, renovations, system replacements, and space management initiatives, ensuring compliance with building codes, timelines, and budgets.

As a project leader, you will manage multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate with vendors and clients, and apply PMI-based project management practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as specified in job requirements.
• 3–5 years of construction project management in commercial construction.
• Knowledge of construction lifecycle and safety requirements.
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, and vendor contracts.
• Willingness to obtain OSHA 30 within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from inception to closeout.
• Apply PMI-based methodology to define goals, requirements, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to align on scope and timeline.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety standards, and budgets.
• Prepare and review job hazard analyses and contingency plans.
