Job summary

Qualifications

• PMI methodology and project lifecycle knowledge.
• Experience managing construction projects (office/industrial).
• Ability to coordinate with vendors, clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from inception through closeout.
• Facilitate executive meetings and coordinate resources.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, performance bonds, and vendor contracts.
• Monitor timelines, risks, changes and compliance with regulations.
• Develop Job Hazard Analyses and safety plans for projects.
• Direct cross-functional teams under tight schedules.
