Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Idaho Falls, ID is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead small to medium capital and tenant improvement projects end-to-end. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction, with autonomy and mentorship from Senior PMs.

The role requires 3–5 years of PM or construction mgmt experience, strong financial acumen, and proficiency with MS Office and project tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in project/construction management.
• Proven track record managing small–to–medium projects ($250K–$1M).
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting and variance analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; confident with clients and executives.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project scheduling tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Procore).
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to medium-scale projects ($250K–$1M) from initiation through closeout.
• Develop project charters, schedules, and work breakdown structures; monitor critical path and quality.
• Procure and manage general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors; negotiate contracts.
• Chair project meetings; prepare agendas and drive action item resolution.
• Develop and manage project budgets; process POs and invoices; prepare monthly reports.
• Serve as primary client contact; deliver status reports and presentations.
• Maintain organized project files and ensure compliance with standards.
• Participate in design reviews and value engineering; mentor junior team members.
