NW Recruiting Partners is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead complex federal construction projects across Eastern Washington and Idaho, including Spokane. The ideal candidate brings at least 10 years of federal/government construction experience, strong field leadership, and the ability to manage project teams, schedules, safety, quality, and federal documentation from mobilization through closeout.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of federal/government construction experience.
• Strong field leadership and accountability for schedules, safety, quality, and documentation.
• Experience with federal agencies such as USACE/NAVFAC preferred.
• Willingness to travel across Eastern Washington and Idaho; valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Provide overall field leadership for large and complex federal construction projects.
• Develop and manage short-term and master schedules, site logistics, manpower, equipment, materials, and daily production.
• Coordinate self-perform crews, subcontractors, owners, inspectors, design teams, and government representatives.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and per contract documents and federal requirements.
• Lead site safety, quality-control, and environmental-compliance efforts with proper reporting.
