McKinstry in Montana is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to direct the construction phase of assigned projects from the RFP process through completion, ensuring safety and building compliance while coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders.

You will manage project finances, subcontractor selections, budgeting, and pre-construction activities, with emphasis on safety, standards, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering.
• Experience with design-build construction preferred.
• Proficient with scheduling software, MS Projects preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification; PE/ CPM/ LEED designations preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Basic estimating skills and construction financial programs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external project teams through development and construction.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to meet project obligations.
• Oversee project financials and budgeting.
• Handle pre-construction responsibilities and scope reviews.
• Promote safety, standards and training while maintaining client satisfaction.
