Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering.
• Experience with design-build construction preferred.
• Proficient with scheduling software; MS Projects preferred.
• OSHA 30; PE/CPM/LEED designations preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Basic estimating skills; CEM/CPM preferred.
• Proficient with construction financial programs; accounting and financial management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the construction phase from the RFP process through completion.
• Coordinate internal and external teams including consultants and subcontractors.
• Manage project finances from subcontractor selection through lifecycle.
• Uphold McKinstry Safety Standards and ensure client satisfaction.
• Budgeting, pre-construction tasks, and scope reviews.
