Job summary

McKinstry in Austin, TX is seeking a Project Manager - Energy to lead energy services projects for large accounts. You will work with a growing energy team, enjoy more autonomy and an entrepreneurial culture, and support regionally with multi-day travel to sites, including Montana.

This role requires a BA/BS in construction management or engineering, 3–5 years of leadership over project teams, and strong proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture or Facilities Management or equivalent work experience required.
• Three to five (3-5) years of leadership over project teams with experience in engineering, construction, facilities services required.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Project required.

Responsibilities

• Lead energy services projects for large accounts with autonomy and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Coordinate across engineering, construction and facilities teams to meet scope, budget and schedule.
• Create budgets, revenue forecasts and manage client expectations.
