We are currently seeking a Project Manager - Energy to join our team as a member of our growing Energy team in Dallas, TX. As a Project Manager, your main areas of focus will be on energy services projects for large accounts. You’ll be a key member of a growing team, so you can expect more autonomy and entrepreneurial spirit. The purpose of this position is for an individual to support construction projects regionally which will require multi-day travel to various locations across Montana. While travel is a key component of this role, the physical location of the employee’s residence is flexible.
We’re looking for someone who has demonstrated experience within commercial construction, more specifically in the ESCO space, and is comfortable taking ownership of projects involving complex pieces. We expect this individual to possess strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills, is results oriented, consultative, and collaborative.

The pay range for this position is $92,520 - $152,500 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Base pay information is based on market location.
