Imperial Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from planning through warranty. You will oversee financial management, scheduling, procurement, documentation, risk, and client communications, coordinating closely with field teams and design partners.

The right candidate will mentor Project Engineers and junior staff while ensuring projects stay on time, on budget, and compliant with safety and quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• Five+ years of commercial construction experience independently managing projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred but not required.
• Experience managing multiple projects or larger commercial project scopes.

Aufgaben

• Lead commercial construction projects from planning through closeout and warranty.
• Coordinate with Superintendents to align field operations with schedules, quality standards, and contract obligations.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, design teams, vendors, trade partners, and internal project team members.
• Lead owner meetings, subcontractor coordination meetings, and internal project planning discussions.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, procurement activities, and long-lead material tracking.
• Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change events, subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, billings, and pay applications.
• Monitor project costs, committed costs, cash flow, forecasting, cost-to-complete, and gross margin.
• Identify project risks early, resolve issues proactively, and coach Project Engineers and developing team members.
