Job summary

Imperial Construction in Weatherford, TX, seeks a Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from planning through closeout. You will work with clients, field teams, and design partners to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and compliant with safety standards.

Responsibilities include developing schedules, managing procurement, overseeing documentation, forecasting costs, and mentoring Project Engineers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of independent commercial construction project management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and large scopes.
• Strong knowledge of cost control, scheduling, procurement, and closeout.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects from planning through closeout and warranty.
• Coordinate with Superintendents to align field operations with schedules, safety, quality, and contracts.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, design teams, vendors, trade partners, and internal project team members.
• Lead owner meetings, subcontractor coordination meetings, and internal planning discussions.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, procurement activities, and long‑lead material tracking.
• Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, billings, and pay apps.
• Monitor costs, cash flow, forecast, cost‑to‑complete, and gross margin.
