Job summary

Imperium Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will own projects, manage budgets and schedules, and be the primary contact for clients and key stakeholders.

You will coordinate with field leadership, estimators, and senior management while driving safety, quality, and profitability. A track record of delivering on time and on budget is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ project management experience with a general contractor or specialty contractor.
• Proven track record delivering projects on budget and on schedule.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling and cost control.
• Experience with project management and scheduling software (e.g. Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
• Strong leadership, communication and client management skills.
• Ability to manage several priorities and projects at once.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field preferred, equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from award through to closeout and delivery.
• Build and manage project budgets, schedules and cost forecasts.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate with owners, architects, engineers and consultants.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, including buyout, contracts and performance.
• Handle change orders, RFIs, submittals and project documentation.
• Collaborate with field teams to drive safety, quality and productivity.
• Track project financials and report progress, risk and profitability to leadership.
• Build strong client relationships that lead to repeat business.
