Job summary

Imperium Construction Services is seeking a Project Manager to own projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will work with the Director of Projects, field team, clients, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget.

Responsibilities include leading day-to-day management, coordinating bids and buyouts, maintaining schedules, handling RFIs and submittals, and ensuring accurate budgets and change orders. Regular site travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience with PM responsibilities.
• Experience reading drawings and reviewing specs.
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, change orders, and subcontractor performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project management, controlling scope, budget, schedule and quality.
• Manage subcontractor bidding, scope reviews, and buyout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with the superintendent; track procurement and long-lead items.
