• 3+ years construction experience.
• Ability to perform work accurately and completely.
• Knowledge of self-perform and labor productivity.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small project or a component of a larger project.
• Lead preparation of estimates and make decisions on subcontractor selection.
• Prepare and manage project schedule.

Skills

Communication skills, verbal and written

Proficiency in MS Office

Knowledge of project processes

Ability to build relationships with team members

Proficiency in project management software

Knowledge of Lean process

Ability to maximize profitability

Leadership skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field
