Job summary

JE Dunn Construction in Dallas is seeking a Project Manager I to provide direction for a project or portion of a larger project. You will implement operations, manage administration, and build lasting relationships with clients, design teams and subcontractors.

You will lead safety, preconstruction activities, buyout, submittals, scheduling, risk management, and provide regular reporting on status and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• In lieu of the above requirements, equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 5+ years construction management experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of the project’s safety culture and mentors staff.
• Manages the JE Dunn prestart process and supports preconstruction activities.
• Oversees buyout, pricing, and schedule management for subcontracts.
• Coordinates submittals and ensures timely approvals with architects/engineers.
• Monitors budget, schedule and profitability; provides regular reporting.
