Job summary

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field and 5+ years of project leadership experience. Travel up to 25% within CONUS and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years' experience managing construction projects.
• Ability to travel up to 25% within CONUS.
• Valid driver's license and site access as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules aligned with milestones.
• Coordinate pre-construction activities including scope review and estimating support.
• Direct subcontractors, vendors, and staff to ensure safety, schedule, and quality.
• Manage budgets, cost tracking, approvals, and forecasting.
• Oversee project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Lead project meetings and maintain communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and mitigate to maintain schedule and cost objectives.
