Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of project management in construction, strong communication skills, and ability to travel up to 25% within CONUS. A Bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience managing construction projects with solo and team leadership.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% within CONUS; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules aligned with milestones.
• Coordinate pre-construction activities including scope review and estimating support.
• Direct subcontractors and staff to meet safety, schedule, and quality requirements.
• Manage budgets, cost tracking, approvals, and forecasting.
• Oversee submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
• Lead meetings and maintain communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation to protect schedule and cost.
