Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of project management experience
• Design-build experience highly preferred
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from inception to completion including estimating, contract negotiations, planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement and execution
• Ensure accurate and complete project estimates
• Collaborate with owners and design team to develop concept drawings
• Attend owner meetings to review scope, costs and value engineering
• Oversee buyout process and selection of subcontractors
• Lead biweekly on-site meetings and manage multiple activities to achieve results
• Make sound decisions under pressure while upholding company values
