Job summary

U.S. Engineering seeks a Senior Project Manager with deep expertise in mechanical construction to lead complex projects from estimate to on-time, on-budget completion.

You will drive preconstruction activities, coordinate with field leadership, and align execution with company strategy for profitable outcomes. Responsibilities include developing execution plans, managing subcontractors, improving safety programs, and building client relationships to pursue new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Equivalent combination of field and project leadership experience considered.
• Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan/spec estimating and conceptual estimating in design/build/assist scenarios.
• Guide customers to optimal solutions aligned with their mission.
• Coordinate with field leadership to meet schedule and design criteria.
• Develop project execution plans, reviews, procurements, subcontracts, and schedules.
• Set objectives, procedures, and performance standards per policy.
• Forecast profitability monthly and adjust execution plans as needed.
• Manage subcontractor proposals, scope reviews, and subcontracts.
• Monitor field progress and safety program implementation.
