Job summary

U.S. Engineering Innovations is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee profitability and success from preconstruction through final testing.

You will lead activities from estimates to on-time, on-budget completion while cultivating client relationships and pursuing new opportunities. Responsibilities include coordinating with field leadership, formulating execution plans, developing schedules, and managing subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
• Equivalent combination of field and relevant project leadership experience will be considered
• Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience is required

Responsibilities

• Proficient at plan/spec estimating and conceptual estimating in design/build/assist.
• Guide customers to the best solution aligned with their mission.
• Partner with field leadership to meet schedule and design criteria.
• Coordinate safety programs and oversee job site safety reviews.
• Develop project schedules and manage subcontracts and procurement.
• Forecast profitability and adjust execution plans as needed.
