You will drive project strategy, manage executive relationships, and integrate innovative solutions to maximize profitability and quality outcomes. The role requires a strong background in preconstruction, mechanical/plumbing design, and collaboration with design teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a mechanical/industry-related field or construction management.
• P.E. license is highly preferred for candidates.
• Experience in preconstruction and large-scale projects is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of opportunities and pursue project pipelines.
• Oversee budgeting, design reviews, and estimating.
