U.S. Engineering is seeking a Project Manager - Construction to oversee profitable, on-budget projects from preconstruction through completion. You will lead the project team, manage subcontracts, schedules, and risk, and drive financial performance in a dynamic construction environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction or engineering preferred, with leadership experience considered.
• At least 5 years in mechanical construction or related field.
• Experience assisting with project management or field leadership is desirable.
• Knowledge of construction industry practices, processes, and standards.
• Ability to lead a project team and manage contracts, budgets, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for project start-up, including detailed estimate review, and coordination of purchasing, procurement, subcontracts, submittals, and schedules.
• Monitors project through supervision of on-site and office personnel to ensure quality, schedule, and budget.
• Establishes objectives, procedures, and performance standards within company policies.
• Responsible for profit management of assigned projects.
• Fosters effective relationships with project team, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
