Job summary

U.S. Engineering Innovations seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead multi-project execution from preconstruction to final delivery.

You will ensure on-time, on-budget performance while maintaining design integrity and client satisfaction. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field and 7–10 years of leadership in mechanical construction, with strong HVAC knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of relevant project leadership experience.
• Thorough knowledge of mechanical construction practices and HVAC systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; diplomatic and persuasive.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project profitability, schedule, and budget from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and review estimates; lead project execution planning and reviews.
• Coordinate with field leadership to meet design criteria and schedules.
• Manage subcontractor proposals, subcontracts, and safety programs.
• Build and track CPM schedules; host weekly coordination meetings.
• Identify opportunities for new projects and promote services of sister companies.
