Job summary

PCI Houston 115 seeks an experienced Project Manager based in Pasadena, TX, to support commercial and industrial projects. You will lead schedules, cost control, QA/QC, and coordinate with field teams to maximize profitability. Strong MS Office skills and 5+ years in construction management are required.

Willingness to travel for out-of-town projects is preferred. This role emphasizes safety adherence and client communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction management.
• Experience in estimating/PM/managing specialty scopes of construction.
• Ability to diagnose key information, identify profitability risks, and navigate to avoid liabilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel/Word) is required.
• Ability to read and understand specifications and drawings.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Participate in safety plans and measures for the branch and projects.
• Create and manage punch lists.
• Coordinate with field supervisors and foremen to optimize schedules.
• Prepare RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings.
• Understand building systems and their relation to the construction process.
• Lead job schedules and coordinate subcontractor work.
• Control labor on projects and monitor costs via FAWs.
• Support customer relations and align with the Customer Alignment Plan.
