Job summary

Performance Contracting Group in Texas is seeking an experienced Project Manager for the PCI Houston 115 operations based in Limestone. You will provide project management support for commercial and industrial projects and lead safety, schedule, and QC efforts.

Responsibilities include preparing RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, managing costs, coordinating with field supervisors, and ensuring productive work sequences while safeguarding profitability.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of construction management experience.
• Experience with estimating, project management, and managing specialty scopes of construction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and able to read specifications and drawings.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in safety plans and project measures for assigned projects.
• Prepare RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings.
• Coordinate schedules with field supervisors and manage subcontractor work.
• Monitor job cost controls and financial analyses.
• Support customer relations and the Customer Alignment Plan.
