Job summary

Performance Contracting Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager for its PCI Houston 115 operations based in Limestone, TX. You will lead commercial and industrial projects, coordinate with field teams, manage safety plans, QA/QC, submittals, and schedules.

Strong communication and cost control skills are essential. The role requires at least 5 years in construction management, proficiency with MS Office, reading drawings, and the ability to navigate complex projects to maximize

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of Construction Management experience.
• Experience with estimating/p project management/managing specialty scopes.
• Ability to diagnose information, identify profitability risks, and navigate projects accordingly.
• Proficient in reading specifications and drawings.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in safety plans and measures for the branch and projects.
• Follow PCI safety guidelines and QA/QC program.
• Create/manage punch lists and ensure quality control.
• Prepare RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings; coordinate with field teams.
• Develop job schedules and coordinate with supervisors; communicate issues for optimal sequencing.
• Control labor, set up and maintain resources to maximize profits.
• Coordinate warranties, O&M; assist in subcontractor buyouts and change orders.
• Complete monthly FAW cost controls and support customer relations.
