Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience on construction projects, interior scopes including drywall, framing, ACT, etc.
• Ability to diagnose and navigate risks to protect profitability and project outcomes.
• Ability to interpret specifications and drawings for PCI’s scope of work.
• Management skills to oversee projects and teams.
• Proficient use of Excel & Word; strong communication and work ethic.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with focus on profitability and teamwork.
• OSHA certification.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in safety plans and measures for the branch and projects.
• Follow PCI safety guidelines related to the corporate safety program.
• Create and manage punch lists proactively.
• Understand and be accountable for QA/QC measures in the project QA/QC program.
• Prepare RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings.
• Understand building systems and how they relate to the construction process.
• Coordinate activities to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Perform quantitative takeoffs to verify estimates, order materials and price changes.
• Create and implement job schedules; coordinate with field supervisors and foremen; communicate issues to optimize trade sequencing.
• Perform labor control on projects, including setup and maintenance; adjust to maximize profits.
• Coordinate warranties and O&M’s.
• Assist in selecting vendors and coordinating materials and equipment.
• Assist in buyout of subcontractors; issue contracts; manage subcontractor work including billings and change orders.
• Complete job cost control through monthly FAWs on assigned projects.
• Support branch through customer relations and participation in the Customer Alignment Plan.
