Performance Contracting Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager for its PCI Houston 115 operations, based in Pasadena, TX. You will provide comprehensive project management support on commercial and industrial projects and play a key role in coordinating with field teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction management, strong estimating, scheduling, and QA/QC capabilities, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of construction management work experience.
• Experience with estimating, project management, and managing specialty scopes.
• Strong reading of specifications and drawings; proficient with MS Office.

Aufgaben

• Participate in safety plans for the branch and projects.
• Create and manage punch lists; ensure QA/QC compliance.
• Prepare RFIs, submittals and shop drawings.
• Coordinate schedules; liaise with field supervisors and foremen.
• Perform labor control to maximize project profitability.
• Coordinate warranties, O&M, and subcontractor buyouts.
• Complete monthly FAWs to track job costs and financials.
• Support customer relations and align with the Customer Alignment Plan.
