Responsibilities

• Leads portions of the prime project contract, including staff management.
• Advises manager on their portion of the overall project.
• Implements the project plan of the overall project manager.
• Implements project resource plan and manages staffing.
• Coordinates staffing and procures outside resources if needed.
• Communicates deadlines, assignments and objectives to the team.
• Coaches project staff and escalates performance issues.
• Identifies residual risk (time and cost).
• Creates and reviews client billings and ensures payment.
• Reviews subcontractor invoices to ensure timely payment.
