Design Hire is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Ideal candidate has background in tenant improvements, design-build, and interior buildouts, with strong budgets, schedules, and client/team management.

Responsibilities include coordinating with all stakeholders, reviewing contracts and drawings, and leveraging Procore for project documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction project management experience on commercial projects.
• Notable experience with tenant improvements, interior buildouts, design-build, and ground-up construction.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, contract administration and change-order management.
• Procore proficiency required and used for docs, reporting, scheduling, and communications.
• Able to read and interpret drawings, specs, contracts, and technical docs.
• Experience leading multiple projects while maintaining client relationships and profitability.

Responsabilités

• Lead commercial construction projects from planning through closeout.
• Manage budgets, schedules, change orders, and subcontractor performance.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and field teams.
• Review contracts, drawings, RFIs, submittals, and documentation; proactively resolve issues.
• Use Procore to manage project documentation and communications.
