Qualifications

• Four-year degree in construction-related field or equivalent.
• Min 5 years' experience in a similar construction project management role.
• Proficient with Procore or similar project management software.
• Experience supervising teams and making decisions.
• OSHA 30 Certification is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the planning and scheduling of projects.
• Financial management of projects, including Owner Pay Applications, Cost control and procurement.
• Complete project buy-out and subcontracting; including scope review and negotiation, issuance of Subcontracts and Purchase Orders.
• Reports, Production Reports, and Cost & Revenue Projections.
• Monitor construction progress and collaborate with the superintendent to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with preconstruction, owner, architects, and trade partners; maintain relationships with stakeholders.
