Job summary

DOC (Daniel O'Connell's Sons) is seeking a Project Manager with at least five years of construction experience to lead day‑to‑day execution, controls, cost, risk, and business management on a building project. You will coordinate internal teams, trade partners, and clients from preconstruction through turnover, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

Reporting to the Project Executive, you will work across DOC departments (BIM, Scheduling, MEP, Estimating) and drive safety goals while

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in construction or related field; extensive construction knowledge.
• Min 5 years' experience in a construction PM role; supervisory experience essential.
• Proficiency with Procore, scheduling, and cost management software; OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project planning and scheduling.
• Oversee financials: owner pay apps, cost controls, purchasing.
• Lead subcontractor procurement, subcontracts, and vendor management.
• Prepare reports, production updates, and revenue projections.
• Monitor progress and resolve issues with the site team and partners.
• Engage stakeholders and maintain cross‑functional communication.
• Ensure safety goals and DOC safety requirements are followed.
