Job summary

DOC (Daniel O'Connell's Sons) seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead day-to-day execution, controls, cost, risk and business management of projects. You will coordinate and guide internal teams, trade partners and clients through construction, plant start-up and turnover, shaping timelines and budgets and negotiating subcontracts.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in construction or related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management or related roles.
• Experience supervising teams and decision-making/problem solving is essential.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera) and cost management tools.
• OSHA 30 required; LEED/Lean CPR/First Aid are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the planning and scheduling of multiple projects.
• Financial management including Owner Pay Applications and cost control.
• Procurement: subcontracts, purchase orders, submittals, deliveries and vendor management.
• Prepare and deliver reports, production reports and cost/revenue projections.
• Develop and manage project schedules; monitor progress with the superintendent.
