Job summary

Group PMX is seeking a Project Manager – Construction to lead planning, coordination, and execution of complex building projects across multiple NY locations on-site. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and compliant with safety and quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field, 5+ years of PM experience in construction, and proficiency with MS Project or Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a construction-related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in construction.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and contracts management.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to closeout.
• Develop and monitor schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specs.
• Monitor progress and address risks, issues, and delays proactively.
• Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation.
• Conduct site visits and project meetings to ensure quality and progress.
• Prepare and present project status reports to management and clients.
