Job summary

Group PMX is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of a design-build construction project in Brooklyn, NY. The role emphasizes delivering results while maintaining compliance and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering and at least 12 years of relevant experience, with strong communication and collaboration skills and proficiency in project-management

Proficiency in interpersonal communication and collaboration.
Ability to learn new processes quickly and adapt to changing requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide construction management and administrative oversight for a design-build project.
Support senior leadership in ensuring contractor compliance with plans, specs, and codes.
Monitor progress, document activities, and identify potential issues or deficiencies.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including inspectors, schedulers, estimators and safety personnel.
Interface with contractor teams to facilitate project execution.
Oversee contractor compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
