Job summary

Pulice is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead a single complex construction project from start to finish. You will manage budget, schedule, and personnel, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with contract specifications.

You will coordinate with owners, engineers, and subcontractors, prepare monthly forecasts, handle risk, and guide the team through closeout. A 10+ year track record and a Bachelor's in Engineering are expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing personnel.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Strong MS Office and advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of Primavera P6 or scheduling software.
• Ability to read technical, financial, and legal documents.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of the project, including construction, budget, and cash management for a single assigned project to ensure compliance with the project contract and owner needs.
• Develops and manages the project schedule, pay estimates, project procedures, staffing requirements, and equipment resources needed to complete accurate and timely project production.
• Assesses initial project contract and supporting documents for completeness; resolves specification, contract conflict, and scheduling issues.
• Oversees engineering and scheduling teams to identify and negotiate proposed change orders.
• Creates and presents monthly cost and revenue forecasts and reports to leadership.
• Maintains relationships with supporting departments and the project owner to support the work plan and payment schedule.
• Acts as main point of contact for third-party stakeholders (landowners, local businesses, government agencies).
• Reviews and approves all safety procedures and conducts weekly safety checks.
• Reviews staffing and equipment needs for efficient production.
• Participates in dispute resolution with internal counsel.
• Provides input on procurement methods and contracts to ensure efficiency.
• Leads project closeout, finalizing paperwork, retainages, and lessons learned.
