Job summary

Consigli Construction Co. is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the main point of contact for Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors, overseeing the project lifecycle from budget to safety and ensuring exceptional client service.

You will lead the team, manage schedules, forecast budgets, drive change management, participate in business development, and mentor staff while coordinating with field teams to deliver projects on time and within cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management or Architecture preferred.
• 5+ years of experience within the construction industry in project management or similar role.
• OSHA-10 and OSHA-30 preferred.
• Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project lifecycle including budget, cost, schedule, risk, resource management and safety.
• Attend and run weekly owner/architect/contractor meetings; manage minutes.
• Coordinate with field staff on project goals, budget and schedule.
• Manage project controls including RFIs, submittals and material delivery tracking.
• Lead business development activities including networking, proposals and interviews.
