Consigli Construction Co. is seeking a Project Manager to lead major projects in Hartford, CT. The role requires oversight of budget, schedule, risk, and safety, with emphasis on client relations and team leadership.

You will coordinate with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and subs to deliver high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate has a 5+ year track record in construction management, a relevant degree, and familiarity with project controls, procurement, and RFI/submittal processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture.
• 5+ years in construction project management.
• OSHA-10 and OSHA-30 preferred.
• Experience with Timberline, Sage, Primavera P6, and Procore is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Involvement and support throughout the proposal and preconstruction processes.
• Coordinate with estimating and purchasing during procurement/buy-out phase.
• Provide constructability reviews of drawings and budget updates.
• Review and manage project team and staffing requirements.
• Attend and run weekly owner/architect/contractor meetings; manage minutes.
• Coordinate with field staff on project goals, budget and schedule.
• Oversee project financials, including cost reporting and invoices.
• Budget forecasting and change management; negotiate disputes as needed.
• Represent Consigli with owners, architects, consultants, authorities, vendors and subs.
• Lead owner communication and reporting; mentor staff and develop team.
