Job summary

You will provide strategic leadership across multiple project teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure delivery within safety, quality, and profitability targets. You will mentor Project Managers and coordinate with Owners, Architects, engineers, and subcontractors while supporting business development and industry leadership

Qualifications

• 7+ years total construction experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a Project Manager role leading projects independently.
• Extensive experience managing large, complex, high-risk, or multi‑phase commercial projects.
• Proven ability to lead multiple teams, mentor staff, and support business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of large, complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Establish and maintain project budgets, forecasts, schedules, and cost controls; ensure delivery within safety, quality, and profitability targets.
• Mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Coordinators; coordinate with Owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Provide senior-level judgment to keep projects on schedule and on budget; represent the company professionally in client engagements.
