Job summary

Construction Project Manager position in Las Vegas is seeking a skilled professional to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to specification.

Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, budget control, safety compliance, site visits and proactive client communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in construction management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as Construction Project Manager in commercial or residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations and contract negotiations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand technical documents.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and timelines and ensure they are executed effectively.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration throughout the project.
• Review project designs and make recommendations for cost-effective solutions.
• Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments to stay on track.
• Manage project budget and expenses to ensure projects are completed within budget.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding project updates changes and any potential delays or issues.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors for materials and services.
• Prepare reports on project progress for management review.
