Appleton Finn is partnering with a well-established General Contractor in Las Vegas to hire an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction from preconstruction through completion.

You'll manage CPM schedules, budgets, and subcontractors, coordinating with owners and internal teams to deliver safe, on-time projects within budget. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are essential in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience with a Commercial General Contractor.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, owners, and change orders.
• Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to take ownership of projects.
• Ability to work effectively in an active construction environment.

Responsibilities

About the Opportunity

We are working with an established and highly respected General Contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Las Vegas team.

This role will be responsible for managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion, working closely with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Candidates with experience in K-12/public works, mission critical, datacenters, healthcare, light industrial, and/or multi-family construction are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Preferred: Experience with K-12/public works, light industrial, multi-family, industrial, tilt-up, healthcare, hospitality, misson critical, datacenters retail, or other commercial projects.

Experience with Procore, Timberline, Microsoft Office, P6, or similar software is also preferred.
