Job summary

TrueBuild Partners LLC in Las Vegas seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial and hospitality projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will own budgets, schedules, cost forecasting, and client relationships while directing project teams in the office and on site.

This is a full-time role offering a competitive base salary ($150k–$190k) plus medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, holidays, mileage reimbursement, and a mobile phone allowance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction PM experience with a general contractor.
• Proven track record delivering commercial or hospitality projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project delivery.
• Own project budgets, cost forecasting, change orders, and monthly financial reporting.
• Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring milestones are met and risks are addressed early.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and design teams, building strong long-term client relationships.
• Lead subcontractor buyout, contract negotiation, and ongoing subcontractor management.
• Mentor and direct Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Assistant Project Managers.
• Partner with Superintendents to drive safety, quality, and on-site performance.
• Oversee contract administration, including RFIs, submittals, pay applications, and closeout documentation.

The Senior Project Manager will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, owning budget, schedule, and client relationships while directing project teams in the office and on site.
