• Coordinate internal and external resources to meet scope and budget.
• Analyze progress and adjust scope, timelines, and costs as needed.
• Establish and maintain client and subcontractor relationships.
• Manage project team through all phases and facilitate start-up meetings.
• Maintain documentation including reports, minutes, and RFIs.
• Provide accurate reporting and metrics for program initiatives.
• Identify required resources and monitor progress toward goals.
• Escalate issues and report outcomes to management as needed.
